Hadar Galron’s moving and humorous story takes place in a women’s bathhouse – a mikveh, a ritual bath where, once a month, women immerse themselves to purify themselves and be able to reconnect with their husbands.

The characters in the drama are women of different ages, bound by religious rules, who, in various social and family roles, fight for acceptance, freedom, and their rights—and, if necessary, revolt. A show that makes you laugh, moves you, and makes you think. A story that touches every woman (and man). An evening where humor and emotion go hand in hand.

Teatrum is a unique local initiative that brings contemporary texts and themes to the public in the intimate and direct form of café theater. The project has already become a tradition in the city: previously, three actors created shows as initiators, often related to the themes of the pulzArt festival.
