Tóth Viktor & Bird Food Market

Bird Food Market is an experimental muscal union which was born in 2012 under the leadership of hungarian saxofone player Tóth Viktor. Their music combines the world of modern jazz with the hip hop subculture with the sole purpose to reinvent and rediscover the bebop legacy of Charlie Parker, expressed through a musical voyage enlightened by energetic rythms towards previously unseen worlds.

The band’s concerts are characterized by a self-reinventing music, with an avantgarde soul, a broken beat pulsation of harmonious improvisation.
